What is required to place an order?

In order to place an order simply be sure that you know the year, make, model and style of your vehicle. More pertinent information would be to have a general idea of what your seats look like before placing your order. Once all of the above has been identified simply call one of our friendly sales representative for further assistance at (602) 242-1358, or place your order via our secure online store.

Will you charge me extra to two-tone my seat covers?

No, we will not charge you extra to two-tone your seat covers. It is up to the discretion of the customer onto which colors they choose.

What is the turn around time on your seat covers?

The average turn around rate on our seat covers is approximately 3-4 weeks unless other specified, in order to minimize errors on all of our custom products.

Can I have the seat covers shipped via C.O.D. and pay when they arrive?

No all of our seat covers are manufactured on a prepaid basis only but, we gladly accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, and Money orders. Simply because we manufacture a specialty product made to the specification given to us by each of our customers, and the seat covers are never kept in stock.

Are the Neoprene seat covers waterproof, or water repellent?

Our neoprene seat covers are waterproof, meaning that the seat covers will protect your original interior from any liquids accidentally spilled. They are however, not water repellent this is due to the Nylon that is laminated on both sides of the neoprene rubber. Hence since nylon has pores it will tend to retain some water between its pores and the neoprene, but your seat underneath will stay dry and protected. Once this occurs simply clean your seat cover off with a cotton cloth or a towel to soak up any excess water remaining on your seat covers. If you want your neoprene seat covers to also be water repellent it is highly recommended that you purchase a bottle of the 303 Fabric Guard which repels dirt, grease, water & oil-based stains.

If my waterproof seat covers get wet will my seats stay dry?

Your seats underneath will definitely stay dry if the seat covers are installed properly and the seat covers are lined up seam to seam and panel by panel. However, it is recommended that you clean the seat covers with a cloth rag in a promptly manner in order to keep your seat covers clean, and not allow the liquids to set in-between the laminated nylon on top of the neoprene material.

How well does your seat cover fit? Will they twist or slide as I get in and out of the my vehicle on a daily basis?

The fit on our seat covers is beyond perfect, and they won't twist or slide as you get in an out of your vehicle. The reason being is that pattern is made from seam to seam which once installed correctly the seat covers have no where to go. You might have to occasionally readjust the bottom portion of your seat covers and realign the seams. Simply because most people jump in and out their vehicle as and not sit directly into the seat as you we meant to do so.

What if I get my seat covers dirty?

Should your seat covers get dirty simply take them off your seats, throw them in your washer, wash them in cold water, with liquid soap, in a gentle cycle, and let them out to drip dry.

Do seat covers fade?

It is a well known fact that Ultra-Violet Radiation is harmful to more then just your skin. Consequently, with prolonged exposure to the sun, your seat covers can become damaged by the sun’s harmful rays. If damage does occur to your seat covers do to natural causes or a goof up. Don't worry we have the solution to your problem. For you see since all of our custom seat covers are made piece by piece, and panel by panel, any one part of your seat cover can be replace for only

$15 Per Panel + Shipping and Handling

You will never again have to buy a complete set of seat cover,
for as long as you own a set of our custom seat covers.

We highly recommend that you purchase of bottle of the 303 UV Protectant as a preventative measure.

How often should I apply the 303 UV Protectant on my seat covers?

We suggest that you apply the UV Protectant spray immediately after your seat covers are installed. This will assure that your seat covers will be protected from the harmful UV Rays instantaneously. Furthermore, we also recommend that you
re-apply the UV Protectant to your seats every one to three months as a preventive measure depending on the amount of exposure your seat covers get to UV Rays. This will also maintain the potency of the protectant spray previously applied to your seat covers. Finally, you should also apply the UV Protectant spray to your seat covers when ever you spill any type of liquids on your seats for it will dilute the potency and strength of the 303 UV solution.

Will your seat covers match the exterior paint job on my vehicle?

Even though we have an immense amount of colors and materials available for our seat covers, our colors are pretty universal. This simply means that our colors will get as close as possible to all major manufacturers variation of each individual exterior paint job color. If matching your exterior paint job is your primary goal, we simply suggest that you order a few color swatch samples before placing your order. This will only insure that you get your seat covers in the exact color you are looking for, the first time.

Will your seat covers exactly match the interior of my vehicle?

Even though we have an immense amount of colors and materials available for our seat covers, our colors are pretty universal. This simply means that our colors will get as close as possible to all major manufacturers variation of each individual interior colors. If exactly matching your interior is your primary goal, we simply suggest that you order a few color swatch samples before placing your order. This will only insure that you get your seat covers in the exact color you are looking for, the first time.

What is an Autographz Logo?

An Autographz Logo is a high quality heat tranfer logo with soft velvety texture, it is not embroidered on the seat covers.

Will the Autographz Logo Peal Off?

Since the Autographz Logos are applied with heat it will eventually come off. However, when the logo comes off simply give us a call and ship the seat covers back to us, and we can replace the logos on your seats for only $40 per pair plus the cost of shipping and handling.

My seat covers don't seem to fit right, what do I do?

We at Legacy take great pride in manufacturing a great and satisfactory product and if the seat covers do not fit right because, they were made wrong we will work as long as it takes to correct the problem and pay for the shipping and handling fees back and forth in accordance with our warranties and policies. There are however a few steps that must be followed in order to reassure that there was an error in the manufacturing process of the seat covers:
Step 1
Go over our installation instruction page on our website located on the following link

Be sure to follow every single step with in the instructions and line up every seam on the seat covers with every seam on the seats.

Step 2
Call one of our customer sales representatives, and ask for assistance we will be more then happy to give you a few hints and tips to make your life a lot easier, and will be willing to stay on the phone all day if that's what it will take to make sure that you get the seat covers to fit properly. If our over the phone assistance does not work, you will be asked to e-mail us a few pictures of the seat covers installed to give us a better idea of what the problem is and it also allows us to see where our mistakes that might have occurred.
Step 3
Once we receive the pictures and it is determined that the problem was in the manufacturing process and not the installation of the seat covers we will issue an RA# (Return Authorization Number) to your order and e-mail you a pick up label for your seat covers.
Step 4
Once you receive the e-mail with our pick up label attached simply print it out and place it on the original box your seat covers arrived in, and send it back to us. As soon as the seat covers arrive we will review the pictures that you would have previously e-mailed us and make the correction to order. We will then proceed to ship the seat covers back to you at our cost and no additional cost to our esteemed customers.

  • It is of the outmost importance that the following steps are followed, in order to make sure the whole process
    flows as smooth as humanly possible. This will also reduce all possible errors, and allow us to answer any
    possible questions or fix any problems that might arrive.

I don't have an RA# can I return the seat covers back?

We will not accept any seat covers without an RA# displayed on the box that was issued by one of our customer sales representatives. If a seat cover arrives without an RA# we take no responsibility nor, are liable for the product as well as the shipping and handling fees back and forth, the sole responsibility of such fall to the customer.

How do you compare to your competition?
