Shipping

All shipping is done via UPS on prepaid terms only. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery on custom orders unless otherwise specified, in order to minimize errors on all of our custom products.

Warranty

Legacy guarantees its custom seat covers to be free of defect in material or workmanship for as long as you own your vehicle. In the event of failure Legacy as its only obligation shall either repair or replace any defective seat covers free of charge. Failure does not include damage do to improper handling during installation, normal usage, or natural causes. This warranty does not cover other interior components, labor, personal injury or any other damage or injury. Warranty is in lieu of any other expressed or implied warranties.

Returns

Absolutely no returns or refunds on custom products for they are made to the specifications given to us by the customers. We will however, repair or replace any defective seat cover parts, and repair faulty workmanships free of charge. In event of a defective product an RA# must be obtained from one our customer sales representatives and must be clearly displayed on the shipping box.

Cancellation

You are given 48 hours from the date of original order to cancel your order as long as we have not gone on, ordered out, and have bought the materials necessary for the job. You will however, be assessed a 20% processing fee at the time of cancellation.

Privacy Policy

Legacy Seat Covers is fully committed to protecting your privacy. Therefore, we will never sell, trade, give, or rent any and all information acquired from you via e-mail, or purchase to a third party without your full consent. Any and all information we acquire while communicating via e-mail is simply used to respond to any questions and concerns our customers may have. Furthermore, the information we attain when a purchase of our product is complete will only be used to fulfill the order and process a payment when applicable. All of our transactions are done via a 128 bit secure server for the protection of your privacy against unauthorized access.
