I just want to thank
you for a wonderful job and the fast correction of the
original seat covers.they came out perfect, and i am very
happy with the way everything turned out. I apologize
for the misunderstanding we had, but i am very happy with
the way it all turned out. I have posted pics on a forums
website i frequent and told everyone about your website,
and have told a few people i know. They are going to check
out your website and are thinking about getting them as
well. I have allready been to 1 car show and displayed
your products and i am going to be in approx 15 more throughout
the summer, i will definatley spread the word about your
company. I have attached 2 pictures for you to see, one
of the front seats and one of the rear seats.

The Problem

After waiting
3-4 weeks for his seat covers Jason recieved his
order only to find out that the seat covers were
wrong. That didn't sit well with Jason because
he had a car show to attend within the next 5
days. So he called very upset and let us know
exactly how he felt. Boy did his words ever hurt
the good old ego. Once calm we told him not to
worry and that we were going to go the dealer
and make a pattern for his seats, cut the material,
glue it to the foam, sew it and have it all shipped
out within 5 days. Moreover, he was told that
if the new seat covers would not fit we would
refund his money and give him both sets of seat
covers for free. Needles to say we got the order
done in 3 days and shipped them out next day air
free via DHL.

Hello:
I just tried installing the seat covers that I ordered
from you and I have difficulty putting it on. The back
rests of the front seats are kinda short and I couldn't
velcro them (see attached picture) and also the driver's
seat cover is not a perfect fit and is loose. I tried
tucking it in but it will not hold. I already tightened
the fasteners. I also noticed that the holes for the
headrests are too wide apart that I might be thinking
that it might be a wrong pattern. The pic will say it
all. Tell me what to do.

The Problem

After receiving the seat covers
Vince went on and attempted to install his seat
covers on his vehicle. Once he was finished installing
his seat covers they did not fit. So Vince ever
so kindly e-mailed his reagards along with some
pictures for our review. After receiving his e-mail
and his picture we found out that Vince had the
very common mistake of installing the seat covers
backwards. You see Vince had the drivers side
seat covers installed on the passengers side and
vise versa. Moreover, we went on and gave Vince
step by step tips and instructions on how get
the fit on his seat covers he was looking for.
We also went on to tell him that if the seat covers
did not fit after attempting to install his seat
covers for the second time, he can send them back
and we would urgently care for the problem and
inconvinience that we may have caused. Needless
to say he followed our instructions to the T and
his picutres will speak for a thousand words.

Hello Jose,
First of all, Thank you for responding pretty fast on
my concerns yesterday. I switched the seat covers and
took my time on aligning the seams and stitching and
viola!! it fits.. except my fingers were sore massaging
and stretching the seat covers...and as to the holes
on the head rests, I just cut the stitching a little
bit....I also tucked in any extra vinyl that I could
see.
Anyways, thanks again and I'm sending some pics of the
installed product....

Great Job on the seat covers. Enclosed are some pictures

Positive: The seat covers
are awesome. Very tight fit and fairly easy to install.
The emblem and piping really add that custom look I
was hoping for when I ordered (just look at the pictures
and you will see what I mean). I am very happy with
the outcome and will recommend you to all my friends
who are considering a new look to their vehicle. I am
seriously considering ordering some for my wife's Volkswagen
Jetta.
Negative: I would have
liked to see how the hand sewn emblem would have looked
on the back rest. I had to re-sew a couple of seams
on the center console due to the tight fit. This was
more of a minor irritant than a big problem though (nothing
a trip to the HobbyLobby and a couple of dollars could
not solve).

They look really good
and the installation was pretty easy. I have a couple
of suggestions on the back seat, as you can see when
the seats are down the bottom shows the cloth of the
OEM stuff. Based on the way that seat is made could
you do a one piece slip for it??
The last picture is
of my dog Sally when she saw the back seat!!

to small. We had to make a new pattern for such
and send Don new headrest covers for his back seat.
Overall the Customer loves the product and so does
his dog Sally. |

2002 Ford Mustang

Sorry it took so long for me to get pics
of my '02 Mustang to you. I really like the covers a
lot, though! These were the ones where the driver's
seat didn't have the seat controls cut out, but I just
made my own slit and tucked the excess under the control
panel. It wasn't a problem. Let me know if you don't
get the images...I can send them individually.

2003 Nissan Frontier

I received the clips
for the rear seat covers for my 2003 Nissan Frontier
a couple of weeks ago. Thanks again for all of your
help. The color combination of white on black looks
great against the white and black truck. The neoprene
was even accidently tested for water resistance by my
3 year old daughter. The covers wiped dry without a
single drop getting through to the seat underneath.
I've already recommended your product to a couple of
friends of mine and will continue to praise you guys
to everyone I know.
